5. Project size: To complete technical infrastructure, details as:
A combination of high-rise buildings, include Block A - 25 floors, Block B - 15 floors, Transition Block - 5 floors. The building will be arranged as follows:
- Office Grade A: from 6th floor to 25th floor of Block A. Total construction area is approximately 47,760 m2.
- Apartments: from 6th floor to 15th floor of Block B. Total construction area is approximately 15,770 m2, divided into 100 units (10 units per floor).
- Trade center: one part of the 1st floor and from 2nd to 5th floor. Total construction area is approximately 23,514 m2.
- Traditional market: semi-underground basement of the
