Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh project is the first and largest real estate project of Vinaconex Corporation in Hanoi.

Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh new urban area is a typical and carries the same image as urban areas in developed countries. The project, total area of which was over 30 hectares, was developed by Vinaconex in the South-West of the capital city. The master plan of Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh new urban area targeted to promote commercial potentials and provide housing for approximately 15,000 residents. According to Hanoi’s master plan, Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh area is one of the most essential centers of the city, connecting Hoa Lac High-tech Park with other city’s points and plays a strategic role in terms of culture and economics.

Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh project is the beginning of a new township along the expanded Lang - Hoa Lac Highway towards the West and Southern West of Hanoi. Until now, the project is completed and being under effective operation.
